Red Ribbon is the charity of choice for the following events:
March 5th-Women's History Month Art Show, Loaded Joe's, 6:30pm
The event will feature the local band Boxcar Daises, art on display and for sale, and a silent action.
March 26th- Alpine Children's Charity, Vail Mountain, 8:00am-7:00pm
The event will feature races on the Nastar course, all mountain scavenger hunts, lunch and after ski party.
Red Ribbon Project, Eagle County's HIV organization, will be offering FREE HIV testing dates:
March 10th- PlumTV Studio/Vail Village Transportation center: 11-7pm
March 11th-Eagle Care Clinic:11-7pm
March 12th-Eagle Care Clinic: 11-7pm
Either finger prick or oral swab testing available, with results in 10-20 minutes. All tests include pre and post test counseling. No appointment necessary. Testers are bi-lingual and bi-cultural.
